Card payment for an ice cream to take away is not possible. Not particularly unusual - but the fact that my question is answered with a sullen "no" without eye contact does not show friendliness. Unfortunately not recommended in combination with the mediocre ice cream quality. Fortunately for Venezia, there is no real competition in the area.

All of us who have eaten ice here have smooth five stars. Great for the quality of the ice and the service a top. And the parking is not far. 👍

Nice location also for sitting outside. Ice cream cups look very nice. Ice cream is a bit too sweet for me. The waffle was unfortunately not good - probably not fresh made, because not even lukewarm.

We wouldn't go here anymore. Ice cream is not good and the service is really bad. After waiting 30 minutes, many people left without being able to order anything. The waiter is totally overwhelmed when someone only orders an espresso.

The Venezia could be a gold mine! But the service would have to be correspondingly good (fast & friendly) and the ice cream much better. Especially if there are already good alternatives in the freezer, the ice cream in an ice cream parlor should convince. Otherwise well located in downtown Reichenbach and easily accessible.
